This project involved downsizing to a new build, with a strong focus on creating a cosy, homely environment. Our clients wanted to add extra storage whilst maintaining a comfortable, lived-in atmosphere, steering clear of a show home aesthetic. We began the process with an in-depth design consultation to fully understand their needs and preferences, ensuring we kept some of their cherished existing furniture in the design. Based on this, we created concept boards and a color palette that reflected their personal style. These initial ideas evolved into complete design boards, helping us refine and finalize their vision. Throughout the project, we worked closely with suppliers and trades, staying on track with a set timescale to guarantee a smooth and seamless installation. The final outcome was a space that was both functional and welcoming, offering the perfect balance between style and practicality. Every design decision was made to reflect the clients lifestyle and personality, creating a home that felt comfortable and uniquely theirs whilst incorporating the extra storage they required.
