The Boulevard

The Boulevard project aimed to create a stylish family home for resale. Our role focused on guiding the furniture layout, kitchen design, and establishing a cohesive colour palette throughout the space. We blended the clients existing furniture and added new pieces to refresh the home whilst maintaining cost-effectiveness and sustainability. Key updates included black-painted stairs, a sleek stair runner and panelling in the bedrooms, adding depth, texture, and sophistication. Carefully selected accessories, such as faux plants and curated décor, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The result was a balanced home that combined modern design features with practicality, offering a comfortable, adaptable space perfect for prospective tenants.
